- Planning & Control
This phase involves setting clear objectives, creating timelines, allocating resources, and mitigating risks to ensure a smooth implementation process. - Design & Configure
Starts with scope of work documentation with the functional consultants defining all the aspects of the application configuration, workflows, formulas, access matrix etc. Core module approx. 50 page document. Review and sign off the SOW document by the users. This is followed by configuration of the application by technical consultants. Data migration templates and checklist would be provided for data migration. Final step in the process in Internal Test and sign off. - Test & Accept
No project is deployed without a complete acceptance from the client. This phase starts with UAT briefing session. Default Scenarios are available for each module implemented. Client can add their additional scenarios for the UAT(User Acceptance Test) Phase. Users needs to test all scenarios with the functional consultant and sign off all scenarios. Official training is provided to Admin users / Managers as per the training plan. UAT certificate is required to move to next phase. - Deploy & Evolve
Once approved the system is deployed and evolved over time. Deployment starts with go-live data migration, go-live checklist verification, RFSC (Ready for Service Certificate) is issuance and go-live.
